A place that you can call home, the Hamptons’ way

Hamptons believe in the collective power of their network. They are experts in their field and are well trusted within the communities they serve. We wanted to create a space that matched with Hamptons – Tunbridge Wells – ethos and perception. They described themselves as ‘a local estate agent, like no other’, and as such, we created a space that directly mirrored this.

Buying into the Resimercial Design trend, we combined ‘residential’ and ‘commercial’ designs to bring aspects of the home into the contemporary workspace. Providing a sense of homely luxury their customers will appreciate when they walk through the doors. The dark wall, panelling, dark wood bespoke cabinet, and Crittall style partitions were design choices to mirror the popular features of luxury real estate.

Bates choose multiple elongated, curved edged tables to facilitate the functionality of a working office with style. The soft edges create a warming and welcoming environment. To make use of the space available, we designed and installed Crittall-style office partitions, creating privacy while ensuring not to enclose the space.

The team conducted the end-to-end design, fitout, and installation works for Hamptons, Tunbridge Wells. As a testament to our work, we have provided these services to multiple Estate Agencies within the Connels Group.
