Based in Croydon, DialAFlight appointed Bates to supply and install furniture across the 1200sq. ft site. DialAFlight seek to look after their staff just like they look after their customers. As such, their offices needed to reflect this. By retaining quality staff, DialAFlight can provide a quality experience for their customers. This starts, and ends, with the workspace.

DialAFlight – one of the biggest and highest rated travel companies in the UK – is a phone-only business. Employees spend considerable amount of time in the office, and at a workstation. We worked with the team from the very beginning to truly understand their nuanced requirements. DialAFlight required a ‘home away from home’ with plenty of social areas centred around collaborative working.

With soft finishes and the occasional pop of orange, Bates helped create a space that complimented the DialAFlight brand and philosophy. While social and collaborative space was a priority, the workspace had to remain functional. Due to the nature of the company, employees needed their own workstations with multiple screens and telephone systems. We installed individual workstations with low-height three-side dividers to ensure privacy while retaining the social aspect of the working office.
